Together with İş Bankası Kuleleri (İş Bank Towers) and Tekfen Tower, the 2 projects leading the international office investments, it has completed many local projects in the city center. For the last six years, SHCA offers project design service in different fields through the strong cooperation established with London office. Some of these projects are; Coleman Street, Central Notts Hospital, Jennie Lee Building, etc… international projects being appreciated in London.

Heating with natural gas-fired boilers for offices and common areas, the cooling system will be done in centralized systems with water-cooled chillers. Using a 4-pipe fan coil heating and cooling system for the common areas will be realized. FRONT WORKS
The exterior curtain wall system will be implemented. Exterior and has a high thermal and acoustic insulation properties. To form the basis for the exterior design was built wind simulation test.
WALL WORKS

FLOOR COVERING
